grilled to give it a sweet BBQ flavour, then added into the curry sauce and slow cook until tender

Goa India is home to this curry. Chicken is cooked in the traditional Tandoori style and added to coconut milk. Tamarind and fengreek seeds lend a very distinctive yet subtle flavour creating a tangy and zesty essence
